KTM shipping' all shipping activities are conducted in a safe manner by observing ISM code, the requirements, of the ISO 9001:2000, International rules and regulations, and accepted industry codes of practice

SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION POLICY

KTM shipping' seeks to conduct its operations so as to ensure safety of life and property at sea and avoidance of any damages to the environment, in particular the marine environment, atmosphere and to community health and heritage.

KTM shipping' seeks to provide a healthy working environment for all employees and to maintain, to the best of its ability, the health of all its staff.

DRUG AND ALCOHOL POLICY

KTM shipping' promises NO personnel engaged in operations, ashore or afloat, will undertake any scheduled or unscheduled duty for the Company whilst impaired by the effects of drug and / or alcohol.

ENERGY CONSERVATION POLICY

KTM shipping' operates offices and ships in the most efficient and effective manner in order to avoid waste and wherever possible to conserve energy in aspects of its work and operations.

SECURITY POLICY

KTM SHIPPING CO., LTD. accepts that it is primarily responsible for ensuring the Security and safety of ships under its management. IT recognizes that SOLAS Chapter XI - 2 and the ISPS Code enhance its capabilities in responding to and countering any thrests to the security of its ships or personnel.
